Positive: Beautiful location right on the lake; see lot of birds; wonderful quiet feeling of next to nature. Last time I stayed here I went to nearby game reserve and then at nights sat by lake and at wonderful food each night. The chef is fantastic the food really excellent and the service wonderful. The rooms are good and quiet next to lake and bed and facilities comfortable. It is far away from the highway so no car noises, just bird song and the lapping of the lake water. I will go back many times!

Positive: The meal variety was good. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were nice, the shower and the soaps from Ajani were very nice.!

Negative: The internet is poor. They should increase the internet bandwidth.

Positive: The hotel is very well located, right by Lake Elementaita. It offers plenty of space, family-friendly games, and a playground for children. But most importantly, the staff were exceptional. The warmth and kindness of everyone truly added great value to the hotel, beautifully nestled by Lake Elementaita.

Negative: As of November 2025, the road leading to the hotel from the highway is a pebble and dirt track. I hope this road will be repaired, as it is on a slope and could be made less bumpy. I also recommend that the hotel plant trees on the large grassy area to provide more shade. This would add charm to the property and allow families to enjoy outdoor activities without being too hot under the scorching sun.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful place with a warm and friendly atmosphere due to the exceptional staff

Positive: The food was good. Location is superb, right next to the lake. The staff are extremely friendly and the place is really beautiful to relax and unwind.

Negative: The Wifi especially in the rooms is not that reliable. However the staff informed us that they were doing an upgrade to the wifi hence my experience. Also if you love watching tv in the room, you may be disappointed. Ours was not working.

Summary: Amazing hotel, amazing staff, good food and overall just a chill place to relax.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The food was great, nice bar, the facilities were exceptional, but most of all I loved the staff. They went out of their way to make sure we everything. Especially Charles! He went over and above, Mary at the restaurant as well.

Negative: The road leading to the hotel needs some repairs.

Summary: An exceptional repose in the middle of the lakes district. Luxury on the lake.
